We picked up Madi in Abilene and then drove back to Ft Worth where we spent our first day with her. She is just the most well mannered baby! She sleeps 3-4 hours, wakes up wanting to be fed and changed, stays awake and happy for about an hour before going back to sleep! This allowed Scott and I to run errands with her on Friday. We've already gotten registered at Babies R Us and Target (we'll do Walmart when we get back to Arkansas) - Madilyn just hung out with us through the whole thing : ) It didn't take long at all to fall completely in love with her. There's no doubt in our minds that she was the perfect child that God had planned for our family. Believe it or not, we think she looks more like Scott and I then she does her actual birth parents. Our God is a good God!!!
